Bento Boxes have been blowing up my Pinterest feed lately! And the more I see these beautifully put together little lunchboxes, the more I’ve realized they bundle two of my favorite #HealthyHabits into one!
The HealthyHabit Bento Bundle
First, they make it super easy to #MealPrep. They have perfect little compartments that are built for on-the-go munching.
Second, a traditional bento box is built not just with the goal of feeding you, but of bringing joy and art to the food inside. This is one of my favorite Noom #PsychTricks as well. Bringing color and intentional choice to the way you assemble your plate or lunch box can actually help you build up your #HealthyHabits! It makes you feel more satisfied and joyful both as you’re making your food and as you eat it.
So, basically, I’m obsessed. Here are some of my favorite little bento boxes I’ve found so far, and I think I’ll need to update my Perfect Meal Prep Tools List to include a few more of these!
The Cutest Bento Boxes for Meal Prep
There’s something about these little containers that just makes building your lunch feel a little more special. Get that picture perfect framing with these elegant bento lunch boxes from Bento & Co.
One Lovely Life is using these glass muli-compartment containers for her meal prep. I like that these would still match much of my other containers but give you the ability to section things off for that bento-effect. Get these on Amazon here.
You’ll have to GoogleTranslate this one! This is a more traditional box with natural tones. I think it gives it a more traditional feeling and really ups the beauty of your lunch. Those wooden/natural tones make the colors in your meal pop a little differently. Find this style of bento box here.
I love the long and narrowness of this set, but I haven’t quite been able to find the same ones available here in the US yet :(. Here is something similar available at Amazon.
If you are looking to really restock on lunch containers, the type that Ambitious Kitchen is using can be purchased really affordably on Amazon – find them here!
This version of the bento box may be my favorite. The stainless steel look feels classic and I like that it’s not made of plastic. Find this bento box style here.
